Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you as a user ("User") and turbo888 ("Platform" or "we"). These Terms govern all aspects of use of the website, services and products provided by turbo888.

By accessing the turbo888 site, registering an account, making a deposit or taking part in any activity on the platform, the User is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. This acceptance is final and binding.

Account Registration and Management

Each User is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the turbo888 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or banking details, is a serious breach of the terms.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their login details confidential, including their username and password. turbo888 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's own negligence.

• Personal information provided at registration must be accurate, current and truthful;
• Any changes to personal information must be updated promptly through the account settings section or by contacting customer support;
• Users must notify turbo888 immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation;
• Passwords must not be shared with any third party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

turbo888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. Deposits using a third party's account are prohibited and may result in withdrawal being placed on hold pending completion of an investigation.

• turbo888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances at turbo888's discretion;
• All transactions are subject to relevant compliance checks;
• turbo888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Bonus Terms and Conditions 🎁

All bonuses and promotions offered by turbo888 are subject to their respective specific terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the conditions of each offer before accepting it.

Regarding the turbo888 welcome bonus: Users are eligible to receive a bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum value of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus received.

Second example: Deposit RM2,200 → Maximum bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM3,700 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements;
• turbo888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if the User is suspected of abusing the promotions system;
• Users are eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only;
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is a serious violation.

Game Rules

All games available on the turbo888 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games — have their own rules that Users must follow. Game results generated by the system are final.

turbo888 is not responsible for any financial losses experienced by Users as a result of game outcomes. Gambling involves financial risk and Users bet at their own risk.

• Any technical failure or connection disruption during an active game will be resolved in accordance with the turbo888 game resolution policy in force at the time;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled;
• turbo888 reserves the right to void any bet or winnings arising from a significant technical error, system bug or obvious irregularity;
• Use of automated software, bots or any tool that influences game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the turbo888 platform:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using a payment card or bank account that does not belong to you;
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or inconsistencies in the system;

• Sharing or selling account login information to other parties;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform;
• Harassing, threatening or acting in an unreasonable manner toward support staff or other Users.

Account Suspension and Closure

Turbo888 reserves the right to suspend or close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to breaches of the Terms, suspected fraud or legal compliance requirements.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure will be processed once all eligible balances have been settled in accordance with the procedures in force.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms are not eligible for reinstatement;
• Turbo888 reserves the right to withhold account balances during investigations into suspected fraud;

Limitation of Liability
